How long does it take to receive my order?
Personalized books typically arrive to U.S. locations within 10-14 days. In some rare situations, out of our control, the UPS/postal services may take a bit longer, but that is not the norm. Plan ahead, and order early for birthday parties, Christmas, baptisms, and other milestones and events that you would like to gift a JustForYouBook.

How much is shipping?
JustForYouBooks currently ships all their books for FREE to US locations.

Where does JustForYouBooks ship from?
JustForYouBooks is headquartered in California, but we have teamed up with printers that have locations in several states to reduce our carbon footprint while shipping out our personalized books to you. At this time, Welcome Home!, is the only title that ships directly from our California headquarters, and will be autographed personally by Monika before it ships. 

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our books being personalized, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be thrilled and delighted with all of our books. If your book arrives with issues, please let us know through our Contact Form and we will make it right.

I have a question about personalization. How can I get my question answered?
Simply send any questions through the Contact Button located at the top of every page on our website. We will get back to you just as soon as we can.

I was really hoping to buy a personalized book about a topic I don't see available on the JustForYouBooks website. Can I suggest a book idea?
Absolutely! Book ideas are blossoming on the daily over here! If you have a topic you would like us to consider in an upcoming book, please ask. Hit the Contact button and give us a suggestion. A recent request asked if we could create a birthday book featuring a hippo. It is now available in our store! So don't be shy to request a book idea. You just may see that idea come to life in the future.

What are a few fun facts about JustForYouBooks?
Nature, animals, the forests and oceans, inspire many of the books created for JustForYouBooks.
Monika Strand, the creative behind JustForYouBooks, is a wife, mother of two daughters, Gam Gam to two grand children, has been known to be a mega volunteer and has been a fierce entrepreneurial spirit since she was 19.
Monika was voted "Most Creative" in her 8th grade yearbook. She was embarrassed by the title back then, but embraces being creative now!
